Shopping with us
We are open 24/7 - we never shut!
Ordering online is the most convenient and hassle free way of shopping.
We understand that shopping in the comfort of your home is the ideal situation, it means you don't have to worry about the stress of bringing your kid's to the shop or trying to convince them to sit their prams.
So simply follow these steps;
1. Choose the item/s you would like to add to your cart and click add to cart.
2. Then click on the Cart button on the top right hand of the screen
3. Check your purchase and click check out
4. Sign in or click check out as Guest
5. Then simply fill out the form
We also accept orders by e-mail therefore if you wish to order by email please send your order to email@example.com and we will put your order through for you, send the payment form (via email) and once received, post your items.

PayPal - If you have not used PayPal and would like find out more information or to sign up for an account, simply click here.

Please write your name and invoice number on back of cheque.
Your order will then be sent out once we have received the funds. If we do not receive your funds within 7 working days we will cancel the order if we have not heard from you.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). If you are purchasing outside of Australia please check the conversion rate by going to this site, www.xe.com.
All payments are processed securely and your details are not recorded or kept on this website's database, therefore all credit card transactions are processed instantly via eWay, Australia's safest payment gateway.
If you have been browsing through our website and you are not ready to purchase the item now and wish to lay-by please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you with your order.
All customers wishing to lay-by will be required to pay 25% of the order when the lay-by is placed.
All of our labels use the European cm sizing system which indicates the height of the child. Sizing can vary from brand to brand therefore we advise that you check out our sizing chart according to the brand to ensure that you chose the right size for your child.
So, measure your child’s height and then refer to our sizing chart. For example if you child is around 79cm high, you would be best to go for a size 80 which will then fit them until they reach the next size of 86cm.

We provide two postage services for customers within Australia.
Express Post Parcel - $8.50 - this guarantees next day delivery. We do ask that if you request Express Post Parcel that your order is in before 3pm, otherwise it will be sent the following day.
Parcel Post - $6.50 - expected delivery time 1 to 5 days.
FREE delivery for all purchases over $150.
If we have a free shipping promotion, all items will be shipped using the Regular Shipping service. If you need your items by the next day please contact us and we will do our best to get them there.
All orders outside of Australia are exempt from 10% GST. This will be deducted from your order on checkout.
Air Mail - AUD$12.50 - Expected time of delivery 3 to 10 days.
Registered Post - AUD$16.50 - Expected time of delivery 3 to 10 days. With registered post there is proof of postage with signature.
For all other countries
Air Mail - Flat Rate AUD$20
Returns and Exchanges
At 55 Degrees North we aim to provide you with good quality items and thoroughly check all items prior to delivery however for any reason you are unhappy with the items you receive we do provide a 30 day return, refund or exchange. Sales items are not exchangeable.
Shipping and gift wrap charges will not be refunded.
If the gift you choose is not suitable I would be more than happy to exchange for a more suitable gift.
How to make a return
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with a return authority number (RA#)
Exchanges: Once I have received the item and it complies with the Returns/ Exchanges policy, your new item will be dispatched immediately
Returns: Once I have received the item and it complies with the Returns and Exchanges policy, your refund will be processed.
Damaged/ faulty items: I take extra care to package and check all items prior to sending them out. I take no responsibility for loss or damaged goods during transit. However, if your items are damaged or faulty please contact me directly and I will work out the best solution on a case-by-case basis. No matter what happens we will work out the best solution.
